Simple Habits • Feel Free • Be Happy
Everyone would like to be happy. Everyone wants to be happy. Everyone has a right to be happy – to enjoy life, to feel free, to be confident, to be fulfilled, to be content, to be loved. Just to be happy.
“What is it that makes life so hard, that stops us from being free and happy?”
So why does it feel like so many people are unhappy? What is it that makes life so hard, that stops us from being free and happy? Why is contentment, fulfilment, enjoyment often so elusive? What can we do to be happier? What’s the secret?
The good news is, I believe everyone can feel free and happy. I believe through adopting good mental habits and disciplines everyone can enjoy life a little more.
“Despite all the ups and downs of my life, I feel great. I feel free. I feel happy.”
I’ve been through tough times in my life, and I’m sure I’ll experience challenges in the future. But I’ve had the great benefit of learning from some wonderful people, some supportive coaches and mentors. I’ve spent time reading some wonderful books and blogs, watching some amazing videos, and doing a lot of thinking and reflection. As a result, despite all the ups and downs of my life, I feel great. I feel free. I feel happy.
I truly believe achieving feelings of freedom and happiness is something everyone deserves and is capable of. I’d like to share and discuss my habits, life-lessons, views and thoughts in the hope that they will make other others think, reflect, change, and feel a little more free and happy.
“Freedom and happiness is something everyone deserves”
This is my blog. I hope it helps in some way.

“True freedom is impossible without a mind made free by discipline.”
p.s. So what’s with the quote from Mortimer J. Adler? It’s one I like. It one that I believe is true. It’s one that I believe helps explain the secret of happiness and freedom. It’s all in your mind. It’s all about adopting great habits, self-dicipline and control. It’s that simple.
