You are fighting against millions of years of evolution when you try to moderate against these foods.

1 in 2 people have some kind of glucose dis-regulation (diabetes).

Average adults eats something like 77g added sugar a day – nearly 20 teaspoons.

I try to limit consumption of ultra-processed foods.

[19:49] The food industry has lied to us so many times in the past – it’s totally reasonable to know what’s in your food.

[20:24] As a screening tool – you generally want to avoid ultra-processed foods.

As a diagnostic tool – they’re [ultra-processed foods] not bad all the time.
