This 2017 Netflix documentary is a ‘must-watch’ if you’re interested in learning more about what is in your food, the way it is influenced by big pharmaceutical firms, and the way health organisations work with the firms.

Developing good food choice habits is an important factor in your own personal health journey. You need to really understand what is in your food – and how it is being “sold”to you.

It’s probably important to note that some aspects of the film have been criticised, including cherry-picking specific studies, and confusing correlation with causation. That said, learning never stops’, and this is a really interesting watch.
