I’ve always worried that I procrastinate. I am not decisive enough. I don’t manage my time as well as I could. I don’t get the right things done. I’m a perfectionist. I worry what other think. I’m always chasing my tail.

Reading these, I’m convinced more than ever that EQ is super important part of living a healthy, happy life. Understanding and managing your emotions can help you to be so much more effective, in all aspects of your life.

As Nico says, the crazy thing about being disciplined with time management is not only will it give you more time with family & friends, it will also bring you more success professionally. Win win!
